Most of the frontline workers I know already have had the disease; they already possess the antibodies and have not suffered re-infection.

I wouldn’t get it either if I were them, it isn’t necessary.

Those that haven't gotten it are trying to find anyway they can get it. Hospitals have done a terrible job of prioritizing frontline workers.
