I'm always amazed by how much variation there is in weather reporting apps. Next time you're in a circle of friends, have each person say what their phone says the weather will be tomorrow. Some people will be using the default apps, some will be using the NOAA.gov data, some will be using detailed hour-by-hour data in a paid app. And it will all say something slightly different. And each person will swear by their app being the most accurate.
