Barring some evidence of intentional malice oh, it is hard to imagine that this wasn't covered by the legal disclosures. Mistakes happen. I wonder if there is any documentation from 30 years ago that would so negligent operating procedures
I believe this is such a severe screw-up that it should end the doctor's career. Safety procedures exist for a reason and if you follow them correctly there should be zero possibility of error. If corners were cut and procedures were not followed then that becomes (in my view) criminal negligence.
who would give one of those as a gift? It's such a personal decision whether it's something you'd feel comfortable doing
