Damn! It's quite obvious what happened here. CEO is lying by using the term "unusual activity" b'se why would the unusual activity only apply to African startups?

But this is no surprise, for example, African startups are sometimes asked to move their headquarters / company registration to like Europe or US before receiving investment.
