Hey, young and poor entrepreneur here, how is someone like me supposed to get his hands on a market research report while doing DD on his ideas? They all cost like 1000$+

What do you want to know? Why do you think you need to know it? Can you do without knowing? Do you think not knowing will cost you too much in lost opportunity? If so maybe it is worth it to pay for it. If not is there a way you can make a pretty good guess from public sources (eg filings of public companies)

I’m asking what you would do with the report. If you know exactly what you want from the report, you can then begin to find that info on your own. If you know what is important to you you can prioritize your time and effort. No one is going to give you the report for free, so you have to improvise
