DEI will never get rid of racism because that is not in its economic and social interest. It will just never happen. On the contrary, I expect it to inflame racial tensions and gladly profit of it.

There is a reason universal humanism has certain values and people that believe DEI to be a better solution are delirious in my opinion.

As a centrist Democratic voter, I find it disappointing that only the Republicans seem to be pushing back against these practices. There needs to be bipartisan outrage, so that opposition to coercive programs like this is not seen as a "right wing talking point." Otherwise all Democrats will be tarred as left-wing extremists, with grave consequences for election outcomes.
