may be able to whithstand ransomware attacks? seems a bit random claim? if its read/write, i cant imagine it not being able to be modified by a malicious actor with rw acces.. can anyone explain it to me like the baby i am? super curious about this claim.
It's not read/write. You can only write to it once, then it's read-only in the future.
how is it any different to writing to another WORM media like a cd?
