This always makes me chuckle as the Twitter I originally used circa 2007ish was entirely SMS based. That's how I used Twitter in the first place! Text a number, and get texted all your friends updates. Used it more like a glorified group chat for plans and scheduling before those existed.

This is still alive? Thought it would be long shut down by now. RIP to the poor souls working on a dying product.
I wonder, how long it will be supported? These APIs seem to have a very short shelf-life.
At one point, the people who built stuff on Twitter's soil were evicted and the good ideas raided and integrated into Twitter.
