Which means nobody wants to talk to you just because they installed an extension. Do you send message often to the creators of say AdBlock Plus?

For mine, I used a combination of a feature suggesting form (which worked well, it links to GitHub discussions) and an uninstall form.
Most addons/extensions open tabs after important updates.
My thinking is that I should be talking to users and learning about what new features they might want/what they might dislike about the extension.
I have included a 'send feedback' button in the extension, but none of them seem to be using it.
They just download it and use it silently.
