It's funny how a pro china news is quickly flagged into oblivion.
China is one of the biggest polluters on the planet. They had better have record solar installation.

China also eats far more food than a lot of countries too. The only fair comparison is per capita.

A lot of people are worried about powering gigawatt scale AI data centers in the US, but China is over here installing 450 GW a year. I really hope we can also figure out how to do this with renewables instead of natural gas.
Should be visible from space then, so until NASA reports it, its just another government outlet blowing itself.
