FTC order directing Intuit to stop deceptive TurboTax ads thrown out by US court(reuters.com)

    Fifth Circuit Judge wrote that the FTC must pursue deceptive advertising
    claims in federal  courts, where the  agency may face a higher burden 
    of proof.
