- Own and manage 5-10 enterprise customer relationships from a technical perspective.
- Act as the customer’s trusted advisor for SCAYLE platform usage, integration best practices, and architecture decisions.
- Translate complex customer requirements into actionable feature requests and influence internal product roadmaps.
- Map customer business needs to existing product features and proactively drive adoption.
- Coordinate technical escalations in collaboration with solution engineering, support, and product teams.
- Lead technical QBRs, integration reviews, and roadmap alignment workshops.
- Monitor platform health, usage, and KPIs for your accounts and recommend improvements.
- Partner closely with Key Account Managers, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales.
Who you are:
- 5+ years in enterprise ecommerce, SaaS platforms, or digital consulting.
- Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or Senior Consultant).
- Deep understanding of ecommerce architectures: Storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, ERP integrations.
- Familiarity with headless commerce and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless).
- Strong ability to read and understand architecture diagrams, API documentation, and technical specifications.
- Hands-on understanding of integrations via REST, GraphQL, and webhooks.
- Experience with monitoring tools, incident processes, and SLAs.
Nice to have:
- Experience in ecommerce platform migrations or replatforming projects.
- Background in pre-sales engineering or post-sales consulting.
- Familiarity with platforms like SCAYLE, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CommerceTools, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), or Shopify Plus.
- Understanding of international ecommerce challenges such as localization, tax, fulfillment, and compliance.
- Fluency in German is a strong plus.

Due to the upcoming tasks and responsibilities for this position, it is required to work onsite at our headquarters in Hamburg on a weekly basis. Therefore we’ve implemented a hybrid working model that allows us to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and to work onsite from Tuesday to Thursday.
