How do you stand out when intelligence is commoditized

One way for people to stand out from the rest and have a competitive advantage was to have good level of knowledge on something or be creative at something. Then trade that infinite ability for something fininte or satisfy your needs and wants with it.

Now with AI, this is at the hands of everybody and the competitive advantage is slowly diminishing. I understand the arguments about AI produced non deterministic output or a text prediction machine cannot achieve AGI. But that's not relevant. The intelligence provided by AI today already commoditizes it.

How can one stand out in this scenario?

Start your own company. It's the only way to do tech in my opinion.

Anything else is unstable and an exercise in frustration.
