Cognitive behavioral therapy is a really great way to get out of bad habits like working long hours. A calm workspace is awesome but won't fix psychological issues.
Currently I'm using a combination of Google Docs for notes and todos, Google Notes for bookmarks/research and Google Sheets for keeping track of financing and marketing. Easy to use and really powerful.
My pain point are the last 10% of a project. Stuff you couldn't figure out yet, obscure bugs and being stuck.
Building a quick MVP and running closed alpha/beta tests helps me push through it though.
Getting feedback on your project and feeling some kind of progress is a great cure.

Usually I set a bounty of 50 points to draw attention if my question didn't get any answer on SO. Works really great so far, only very few questions remain unanswered.
I'm trying to go paperless. My routine is to scan every document with Microsoft OfficeLens and upload it as a PDF to my cloud. I only keep really important docs - currently I'm using Leitz document folders [0] for them. (They don't take up as much space as regular folders)
