On macOS I use https://github.com/EugeneDae/Force-Paste to get around this. It uses virtual keyboard to type in the text from your clipboard. Also helpful for using the password in programs that don't allow paste.
1Password actually has the same feature. You can separate the words with a hyphen, space, period, comma or underscore on generation to make it more human readable.
I would also like to give a shout out to Texhnolyze and Haibane Renmei (pretty much the fantasy part of "Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World"), which have most of the same staff members from SE:L.
Not to mention all the references to Apple, Unix, and NeXTSTEP. Such as the Whisper voice being used to speak the episode name and styling of the "To Be Continued" at the end of every episode.
Only around 6.65% are actually playable start to finish, but the fact that over half over half the games (64.02%) on the platform can at least load the title screen is great progress for such a weird architecture.
I would be more worried about having the original Xbox emulated.
Why not go further with the idea of a Travel Mode toggle and have it be tied to the device itself. This cuts out any possibility of any data being left on the device from being analyzed easily, social media or otherwise.
Google and/or Apple could add this as a new menu toggle similar to Airplane mode. Once switched on, while in an airport, prevents the device from being unlocked. Then by utilizing geofencing, once the device leaves the airport it unlocks and can be used again.
Ubuntu would be the safe bet. Just pick a distro that appeals to you, since you will be the one working in the environment. Also any modern distro should have built in KVM support to run your virtual systems or you can always go the VMware Workstation route.

Now if you use a NVIDIA GPU, instead of an AMD one, then you need to do extra configuration.
