Currently not building but I came across this platform called Fintor. (Www.Fintor.co) It’s Robinhood for real estate investing. You can invest in an app with $5 in a house. Super cool. I just joined their waitlist on their website. Can’t wait to access. Seems like they’re giving away free shares of houses as well. One of the coolest ideas I’ve came across recently. Anyone have access to the app yet?

They give you free shares of real estate? How is this possible? I might invite like 200 people lol. Another question that just came to my mind is that what are their returns? 10%. I don't think I have ever since something like this thats why i'm so curious as to what it is and if its too good to be true.

According to their site, they claim that you'll "buy and sell real estate with as little as $5 per share. Few questions come to my mind: 1. How do they make money on this? 2. How are they able to break shares of houses and make them so cheap? Overall, super interesting. If they claim they are doing this and they do it, has great potential actually.
