Translators for the Dutch version of Windows 10 are definitely robots. For example, in the save webpage dialog of Edge, they translated “Webpage, complete” to “Webpagina, voltooid”. Voltooid means completed, as in a completed task. The correct translation would have been “Webpagina (volledig)”.
Similar errors are often found throughout programs new with Windows 10 and sentence structures are directly copied from English. I have never found a single error in Windows XP/7.
Windows XP and perhaps newer versions of Windows included a setting to only redraw a window after the user has finished moving/resizing. You would instead see an outline of the new window position/size. The same applied to (un)minimizing. I don’t know about such a setting in MacOS.
Would it be viable to also add a pop-up asking users to toggle Chrome settings or use another browser? Something like Google has on its homepage for downloading Chrome when visiting from another browser.

Our new* black TV remote includes a big, white with red text Netflix button. We don’t have Netflix and thus will never use this button. The rest of this remote is fine.
If I have to believe this[1] thread, then Office 365 is now an Electron app, which would explain the slowness.
