As a 13B1O that saw all three sides of this, loading/firing, driver for platoon leader, and while deployed with orders to act in the door-to-door fashion. You are correct. I will add that while operating the gun, the percussive forces are pretty well shielded on the inside of the at least motorized versions, was a paladin crew member here.
Naw. It's just the same age old issue of someone writing the design specs with the illusion it will be followed. Instead of designing it so that they can't not be followed.
The option is a lie, I did this the fall after the Snowden releases, and then this past summer decided to see if the delete actually happened after the two week period that was part of that process then, everything from my account was still there, nothing was deleted.
Yes, go get digital copies of Stars and Stripes for the last ten years, and you will see many cases where Enlisted and Officers are brought up on charges, court martialed, and convicted, for things like this.
This is the FBI going after a Parallel Construction path. They already have all the information from the NSA bag o'tricks, but none of those can be used in court. But an unlocked phone unlocks the legal obstacles.
That program appears to creates evidence on the target machine. I hope there will be a way to link this to the parallel construction group. Don't like the guy, plant evidence!/s
Its not new news that Google was contracted to build the search engine[1].
"Google was also contracted to provide the search technology and servers which makes up “Intellipedia”, a massive, incredibly secure database through which over 100,000 United States spies and intelligence professionals from 16 government agencies share information. And the NSA has purchased numerous servers from Google, utilizing their search technology to analyze and organize massive amounts of secure data all over the world."
At this point I think it safe to assume its the exact same code Google used in 2010, just a bit dumber, since Googles search engine only learns by being used, and since there are far fewer using it, it learns slower.
The idea of hiding content due to unwanted rabble rousing, at the loss of the content and discussion regarding dual use tech, strikes me as the preferd solution of someone who stands to lose business and is attempting to protect themselves. Choose what ever label you want, by any name it is still censorship, and cronyism. Moxie was right about you.
