I also read that specific book/chapter where he discusses 10 000 hours, and the implication based on his bill gates and hockey example, were as you said, that it is a necessary condition. And those examples in particular I think point out how having had the time and experience to get ahead of your "cohort" (people of a similar age or time period)

this would perhaps, idk, also explain why math for artists is also not a super rigourous nor super technical computative class.

maybe I'm misunderstanding you, it sounds like you're just describing abstract algebra. See linear algebra or group theory as topic titles.

I say this also as a cinnamon user. It's really not there. Mint cinnamon breaks on a few basic common tasks like connecting Bluetooth headphones (and recognizing mics on even wired headphones) and connecting to business wifi networks with a preregistered username and password. Just those 2 things is enough to disregard using it entirely.

> Maybe they only mention them with great reluctance is because you're not a safe person to mention them around.

Based on OP's other comments, I wouldn't find this hard to believe considering their complete dismissal and misunderstanding (or perhaps intentional misinterpretation) of people's comments that antagonize open questions and considerations.

(Adding to this) Similar to how depression, anxiety, PTSD, and a few other manifest similarly, but are labeled, diagnosed and treated as separate issues.

Well I am pretty sure Japan and Spain both have very high seafood consumption which according to the link in the top comment contains high amounts of copper which reduce iron absorption. It's just one factor tho. It doesn't seem to affect a majority of cancers
