The lockdown made me loose 10kg. Here is what I found:
-Sugar is a drug and manipulates your will
-Sugar is in everything
-The money saved by not buying candy and soda anymore can be invested into high quality foods like salmon and blueberries
-Home cooked meals are the key and do not even feel like missing out on something
-Alcohol makes you fat and miserable
-Digestion is key, only eat what makes you poop well
-Steamed vegetables as a starter. Primes the intestines for the harder to break down components of the meal
-Coffee makes you hungry
-Movement, every day!
