Exactly. If you just sit and play games and don't care if your computer kernel panics and don't care if bits flip in your memory (with no ECC) then AMD is for you!
Face it: for the type of work most of you people do--swiping left or right on Grinder, or sitting in a coffee shop pretending to write a screenplay--you don't need ECC memory.
I, however, won't do any production work without it.
I'm a native Hebrew speaker. It's OK to me if internet names were all constrained to the English ASCII character set. Having a set of 10,000 characters to distinguish when your bank account is at stake is more offensive than having one line in your computer browser be in a different language.
I use both mac and windows about equally. Only the mac nags me for things that need accounts (like iCloud). I think this is just anti-Windows zealotry not based on facts.
