If you are a serious developer the best is always to use platform native frameworks. Write a swift app for iOS and Kotlin for Android.
Flutter will always be for casual/simple apps that do not run into super corner cases. They might be used for MVPs and proof of concept sort of products not necessarily for Million dollar backed startups.
Only if allow colleges to give "degrees" in Escalation Technology. The problem these days is that students want "cool" titles and do not wish to do the hard work. Who will work in hot sun fixing escalators when one could get a fancy degree in "gender studies" and argue on which bathroom should be used by transgender male who feels like women on even days ?
VC business is all about connections. Connections in SF area are hard to beat. I am however surprised that SF is the new center of startups. I dread entering that shitpile of a city.

What I am little surprised about is why institutions like MIT still limiting themselves to the depleting pool of talent in USA alone. Given the gov plans to even outright ban Chinese students these universities will not survive.
1. All extensions are treated as fresh applications. This means you might be at same job for 15 years but if denied you are fcuked. Sell your home, pull your kids out of school and go back to India. (Affects only Indian people)
2. H4-EAD might be rescinded. Hence not one employs them or has plans to fire existing employees.
3. RFEs. Almost 70% applications for both fresh and extensions are getting Requests for Additional Information. This is like pissing on yourself to keep yourself warm and has been the main cause of why USCIS has suspended premium processing.
(Rumours are that Premium Processing concept will be done away with in Decemeber completely.)
