The pixelbooks are the only ones worth half a shit. I've used my Acer 11 quite a bit. And I can say that I'll ever buy a Google device again. Between constant updates to crouton issues to weird display issues to trackpad weirdness, it's just awful.
I haven't got around to picking up a Surface laptop yet, but when it's time for my next upgrade, that's what I plan on getting.
Google is also definitely not hiring the brightest people in the world. Its easy to think that because that's what they want people to think, but writing code on a whiteboard and getting overpaid is not a sign of intelligence.
The brightest people in the world work for the US govt, unfortunately.
I think autonomous vehicles is an early investor's game. Once there are rock solid models available, it'll be really hard for smaller corps to jump in.
If you're sitting on billions, hell, you might as well get your feet wet and see what happens.
People won't stop buying macs if apple ends up not ruling the autonomous vehicle space.
That's because you have no patriotism. You'd derive pleasure from seeing Americans get hurt or killed so long as they were ones that you disagree with.
Foreign spies on American companies is an extremely serious issue. What happens when a Chinese spy takes over a power plant? What happens when integrity tests at water treatment facilities are fraudulent? What happens when the wrong reaction happens in a big pharmaceutical processing plant?
Millions could die.
You're more worried about the government finding out what type of porn you prefer.
Dang literally makes his ad hoc rule decrees un-replyable at this point. It's so blatant this site is experiencing some sort of opinion squeeze from a hidden source.
Who are we tidying up for? Is it even reasonable to think that Internet users won't crack a few well-meaning jokes about rats eating shit to communicate? That's inherently funny and still interesting. The humor is just bonus.
I think about this sort of thing every time I get on a greyhound.
I only ever need to go to Chicago and Boston from NYC, so I guess I'm lucky. The TSA is despicable.
I've been random searched on a few greyhound rides but nobody has ever put their hand on me. They just go through a bag or put it through a machine or the dog will sniff it or whatever. I'm a happy greyhounder tbh.
Is that his real handwriting??? That's not a fancy font?
Wow, it really IS a treat. I've always heard people say how much a person's handwriting can tell you about that person. Mine is a mangled mess, and I'm pretty disorganized in most areas of my life.
