Sometimes you can't trust institutions like the Health and Human Services. They've failed our country repeatedly just like the FDA (who I have the pleasure of working with most days of the week).

The suggestion to "do your own research" opens people to the idea that Science is Science and should be continued to be questioned and discovered outside the bounds of institutions that at times have clear conflicts of interest.

Was the "Honduran immigrant" here legally or not?

TL;DR

Executive order refers to large and small reproductive cells.

"Though Trump's executive order does technically declare that all humans are female, it's unlikely to be applied this way since this clearly wasn't the president's intent."

For the record, there are some conservatives on YC that agree with PG.

Completely agree. Glad to see there's another person who fully read the article.

They should show the crime the person will commit. Some interesting data on that found on FBI.gov

The Author Michael Mattioli clearly has no idea what he's talking about.

Regarding Patented, he is correct, it carries little weight.

Regarding FDA approved, it carries a heavy weight. In order to be approved by the FDA, a business must submit a 510K which supports with data, detail, and often clinical studies why a produce meets its claimed "Essential Performance".

Having done this personally, it's no small task. All labeling and advertising of the product must match these proven claims. Michael's article incorrectly assumes that it's governed by the FTC, however the FDA controls this. They also are strict in making recalls, and blocking sales if your marketing does not match said claims.
