Most AI agents are currently "tested by vibes." You change a prompt, run it 5 times, and pray it doesn't break a core workflow in production. We’re building Hopeless to close the loop between testing and production for agentic AI.
What we have:
1. Real-time Monitoring: See where an agent’s logic actually diverged.
2. Simulation Sandbox: Replay production failures against new prompts before you ship.
3. Fast Iteration: We’ve shipped 3 versions in 4 weeks based on dev feedback.
My Request: We are looking for 2-3 design partners building B2B AI agents (support, legal, sales). We aren't looking for a check—we want to help you solve your messiest reliability issues in exchange for your feedback.
If you’re stuck in "pilot purgatory" because you don't trust your agent to scale, I'd love to help you build the guardrails to fix it.
haha now thats something interesting name.. by the way we have some background story behind this name Hopeless, we are going under EF fall25 cohort and we tired 17 ideas and nothing work out, everyone in our batch doing good and we are like behind so we were like hopeless at that point this idea pop up and we are facing this problem when we are working with some client before so there we started work this idea. so as memories we decided to give name Hopeless, but guess this is also not working, its been 3 days after launch and 0 signup haha :)
Hi, Ugyen here from Bhutan... I have been working on an interesting problem that I repeatedly faced while building AI agents for banks and airlines. Their systems were very old and outdated, which made integration extremely difficult. To solve this, I started building a gateway between modern AI agents and these legacy systems...
While working on this, I realized many others might be also facing the same issue, so I decided to turn it into a product. As an added benefit, it also optimizes and reduces payloads to include only what the AI agent actually needs and helping significantly reduce API costs.
If you’re doing surveys, collecting feedback, managing event registrations, or opening applications.. Stop using those traditional, boring Google Forms. Try www.ihateform.com instead! It turns your plain old forms into interactive, conversational that is far more engaging.
We are checking for dumb kids like you, because i thought you only know how to eat govement SALERY and know nothing.. thank god that you atleast know how check api..
maybe but Let these "different groups of 7 college kids" come to Bhutan and work where they can't even create Stripe or Azure accounts, where you can't pay on AWS or Google Cloud and need to run on free plans, where internet costs are among the highest in the world. I hope they can survive.
We have a few more products developed and ready to launch once we integrate with a payment gateway. The reason we are focusing on the chatbot is that it is the only sellable product in my country for our sustainability. So, at least from there, we can generate some revenue to run and build our other products. That's why we mostly showcase it on our website. If you are interested and want to know more, please contact me here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ugyentech/. I can give a live demo.
Yes sir, we are using APIs because we have no other option left. We have a few more products developed and ready to launch once we integrate with a payment gateway. Honestly, it doesn’t matter if it’s API or running your own LLMs—users don’t care, bro. What matters most is the user experience and the quality of the output. We wish we could also host our fine-tuned LLMs on the cloud, running all our products like this. Unfortunately, that’s just not possible where we are. So we’re left with using APIs.
Yeah, it's a bit more compared to our average monthly salary, but I'm not sure how much you understand our work and sacrifices to save up this $1,799. We've been running our startup without paying ourselves a single penny for 13 months straight, using our own pocket money for traveling and covering expenses the entire time. We've earned extra funds by developing websites for local people, and every bit of money we get from this goes straight into our bank account. That's how we've managed to save this amount. We have our goals, and getting external funds is like finding a unicorn here, so we want to reinvest in ourselves.
