I think as these edge runtime things get more feature rich, it's going to pay off to be all-in on one that does it perfectly exactly optimized with an easy pathway vs expecting third party packages to figure out an implementation and stay up to date.
Most low to middle income earners struggle to hit their 5k or so maximum of a regular IRA versus operate a self-directed or have the additional funds to make it worth it.
But, I think the outrage here is a bit more general. Buying speeches is essentially influence tokens. Any amount and the idea it's happening for personal gain of a government official in America is what frustrates people. It kind of reads as if you're saying 'eh, it's not really that many influence tokens'.
