You may not be able to now, but the pressure GP mentioned will also apply to ISPs, and they'll soon start seeing IPv6 as a competitive edge, or at the very least, something to not lag behind in making them lose customers. Especially if there's a "killer app" that makes the switch and ONLY uses IPv6, e.g. say, google.com.
