what if Mozilla completely ditched the entire "front-end" and just focus on core (and let every wanting person/company build on top of it)?

this is great. wondering if Telegram also have a post similar to this? (unlike whatsapp, they do store the messages)

surprised by your experience with an older laptop. I have both a 4 years old dell (forget it's name right now, for biz uses) and a 2015 MBA (which makes it 6 years old now), and they are both getting SLOW. In a vacuum - they are fine, they pull through. but they are notably slow machines. (i prefer windows but can't stand the dell and find myself keep going back to the mba - although youtube sucks on that machine with chrome)

edit: oh the mba battery is still a miracle compared to the dell's, btw

great post, thank you. curious though - you mention only fabrication advantages. what about the in-house design team? meaning - what about the talent?

can't tell u how many times I asked American construction workers/contractors about this, and none knew the answer. Glad to finally have an answer. thx.

Site note: can't stand the amount of noise(!) going throw the house as opposed to concrete.

Layman warning: I never really understood (as an outsider who does not code) why code can be unsafe. Is code more like art (painting) than math (writing an equation which balances itself)?

excuse my ignorance on this, but this sounds amazing. game changing. yet it's being "served" here on ice. casually. what am I missing?

when I dug into the doing of Stallman I could not help but conclude that he is one of the most important humans who ever lived in terms of our current lives.

This is mostly seemed to escape our notion. Perhaps one must die in order to be understood or recognize.

Or perhaps we need to look at things which happened a long time ago (history) to fully grasp their importance.

noob question: why does OP care about background running services? Do these incur a performance penalty on "modern" hardware?

honestly curious about this. Thx

"I personally tested the 13” M1 MacBook Pro and after extensive testing, it’s clear that this machine eclipses some of the most powerful Mac portables ever made in performance while simultaneously delivering 2x-3x the battery life at a minimum."

are you saying edge on macos is better than chrome on macos? curious about how this is even possible, considering google has been at this (meaning - developing chrome for macos) for more than a decade (i think)
