No, winning from having a privileged place in society is only prohibited in the securities market. And only kind of, and only in America for the most part, and only for now with the new court
Other markets that arent securities have no prohibition on privilege. Cryptocurrencies arent securities, although some ICOs could be determined to be securities, retroactively, so trade on inside information with that in mind
The stock market regulations are primarily a charade so that unprivileged people feel confident enough to put their money in a nonseasonal and liquid market. At the time, perpetual stock companies were the only ones that fit, compared to commodities currencies and real estate, so it has to appear more fair.
Sounds like a rookie mistake. I always make sure cases are filed against everyone involved, the organizations involved, misspellings of those people and organizations, aliases, etc.
I've had county clerks delay proceedings against one defendant simply because the CLERK mispelled the name in the docket. Nope.
Let the court remove people from proceedings. Even in a summary judgement I'm not going to collect from uninvolved defendants (although yes many people are not so prudent)
If a real challenge was made to Puerto Rico's territory status since the US conservatorship was based on racist premises, wouldn't it be more likely to get kicked out of the union than assigned statehood? At least by Supreme Court analysis of the constitutionality of the conservatorship.
I suppose if that happened there would be immediately enough consensus to gain statehood from both Puerto Ricans and US Congress.
Also mentioned in the article, but Seiken Densetsu 3 was one of the most fun and amazing games I ever played. I hadn't seen the 'action RPG' style before, and it just added a new level of adrenaline
the weird thing is that in general (outside of programming) there hasn't been a gender divide in entry level roles, and the separate paths of life and career development become apparent later on yet are so extreme that it tilts all the demographics.
so courting more women for entry level roles that happen to be programming isn't going to change that.
and their children will experience greater longevity, clearer thoughts, greater stamina and overall physical fitness than the families that can't afford canned fresh air
worth itttt
also dont try to equate too much to share price after earnings. a large market participant decided that this latest information no longer justifies the current share price, which had floated around at a price while there was no information.
cop-out? more like a chicken and egg scenario. if they landed the deal the business would be less shaky and probably very viable, and they'd be able to land all the growth capital they wanted
People care, like watching a child throw a tempter tantrum in a restaurant kind of care. Us in the core west know we can shut it down if it ever becomes convenient to, so its just amusing to watch.
will a human being pumped with testosterone and upper body strength be violent? a human being with a Y chromosome? thats currently what culture suspects given the reported information available in crime statistics.
I'm telling you that such reductionism isn't an absolute, as there is enough evidence from marginalized people and power dynamics to warrant altering the cultural assumptions. The culture alone (and the stories written in these cultures) is what perpetuates a lack of further insight into this.
Brave New World is widely considered a dystopia, but it is an introspection and satire on existing societies, which for many people actually are dystopias. This is a separation from stories that focus on the post-apocalyptic aspects primarily to create the genre of "scifi dystopia". Therefore, viewing Brave New World as an introspection only leaves the parts of the society that I like as the part to evaluate to see an ideal segment of society, colloquially called a utopia:
- I want to be at the top of the pyramid society
- I want there to be no consequences for promiscuity
- I want a calming mind altering drug that has no side effects
- I want peace and stability to focus on my intellectual tasks
yeah I didn't want to derail the discussion with cryptocurrency, as it is better and requires less cooperation, between partners.
but the problem here is the name on the bank accounts even if you wanted to get to cryptocurrency, you would really want a nominee director on the corporate bank account, but then you have to trust they don't take the money (there are plenty of reputable ones though).
if you had that much in cash already then you could buy mining hardware. set up a solar powered mining farm and get cryptocurrency over the next 6-12 months, then you have the liquidity. if you are interested in national currency and bigger material things, then you will still need to contract w/ a crypto-service so that you could report income, but the crypto-service's funding source would be a deadend for auditors.
