I have an extensive background in software development, including computer games, spacecraft avionics, nation-state cybersecurity systems, DARPA research, and ML-based products. I can flex from hands-on coding to managing managers.

I recently led an agile team of scientists and software engineers building machine learning models predicting day trader financial performance from biological signals to produce real-time automated hedge trade actions. This included designing and deploying a real-time stream processing and model inference pipeline, and an end-to-end MLOps solution, including distributed/parallel GPU-accelerated compute clusters for feature engineering, model training/tuning, model evaluation/error analysis, batch inference generation, and model serving.

The more compelling challenge is a comfortable, yet durable electrode that has good impedance without the need of gel. OpenBCI is one of a few organizations that have a good dry electrode.

I agree. I would expect genetics to be a fairly significant confounding variable.
