He really had me at the helicopter, too. I just had to smile, it made me happy.

Thanks for mentioning the "Seinfeld strategy", just googled it. Love it. Might just use it to plan my January.

I think it got stale when Ive didn't have Jobs as a counterpart. Or vice versa. Once Cook & Ive didn't seem to have the same relationship, things stopped working. But I agree that Apple is doing quite well again with the M1-era Macs.

I think your comment on Jobs being Ives editor is spot on. They worked as a team and complemented each others shortcomings (at least to a degree). There was apparently never this kind of relationship between Cook and Ive.

But to say Apple kicked Ive out seems wrong to me. They rather wore him out and he left.

Just taking notes by hand seems to improve my memorization & understanding. (business context, not school for me) But going over my notes again in a timely fashion (<24 to 36 hours) seems to improve them a lot (sometimes just an additional explanation, highlighting, drawing a diagram). Structure helps when you need to go back and look for something.

Agreed. Midori paper is shockingly good. And it works so well with fountain pens. Definitely recommended.

Check out Mikrotik. Quite similar range of products to Ubiquiti, very configureable, maybe it fits your needs...
