I mostly wanted to learn a bit about ''sentiment analysis'' without using LLMs or large models. The app scrapes headlines from 3 websites, runs a quick analysis and reports the results. The main results are then stored for each day, so that eventually I can add some analysis of the historical data.

This is likely an app that solves a problem that literally no one had, but I was kinda bored, didn't find a widget for Mac that satisfied me, so I did this. Since I know nothing about AppleScript or how to 'talk' with the different processes going on in my laptot, it is 80% based on output from Claude, but it seems to work so... Anyway, I'm sure it could be made nicer, faster, better optimized and plenty of other stuff, so if anyone wants to upgrade it just let me know ;)
