sounds more like a pirated api key sold to someone in china and the first one is the buyer and the rest are either a single entity or some pirated open router service.

I do not think distallation works like this; could be wrong though.

would be cool if it had an export function that moved a bunch of nodes into a single fixed node.

then you could bring back UML diagrams.

do LLM models make accidents?

i'd say a git aware of the AST for the language it's version controlling with a graph of substantive changes is where these things should head.

because they keep these models loaded, and they can't just arbitrarily load up whatever models you want.

but it's more likely just a business case: they need you buying higher tier model output. They know whose doing what, so someone needs their 3Q bonus.

mmm, in many cases these residential proxies are media boxes, and they consent as much as anyone else consents to what amazon, or google or facebook does; it's buried somewhere in the recesses of the TOS.

The question is more about why the US and others can't properly enforce the bullshit all this amounts to.

I mean, if you've watched the past decade, this just seems like what news is today. "people are saying the double cover conjecture has a proof"

i've got 4 AI read machines; the smallest will be 72GB; the largest 128GB; they're not wunderkind, but they're all running local models.

We're definitely entering a different set of skills and we're costing on our abilities to use these systems raw, and when we start using them via AI, we're losing that raw context.

But when the gains allow us to flesh out where we've never done so, how to say no?

I never spent time on either docs or tests, but since guiding the AI requires several slices through the same logic/architecture/bug footprints, my work flow has to include looking at and maintaining all three.

If I didn't, the AI would be much worse than me doing it myself. Which means at the very least, whoever comes afte rme will have the same hardware and models and maintain the same level of support.

the problem is when you ask it to review it's own work in it's own context is you've already primed it to sniff it's own farts and say everythings fine.

the whales and as the gap between rich and poor widens, the economy will move to dropping it's shrade of consumer choice, and tailor everything to the whales.

neoredlining is likely the worse outcome rather than bizzarro tax issues.

good, but this is just a verbose "make no mistakes"; it'd probably make more sense to just setup a nightly cron job that loops through the prior days' work and writes some morning tasks of the same character.

The models will interpret this willynilly; but nonetheless, it's often a better than doing nothing.

AI isnt taking my job. my company is supporting local AI for development. who ever comes after me will have the same hardware and models or better. unless a MBA is put in charge, my boss and predecessors can maintain and build out as needed.

bottom up AI use seems a godsend compared to the corporate AI rat race.

i setup some slop reporting systems and ensured my boss knows theyre great starting points but serious use requires real time investment.

burn up the planet and not pay back the VCs? Sounds like a great plan for a psychopath.
