Built this in an afternoon with Claude AI after yet another package arrived full of foam peanuts. It's a community database where people can report companies still using polystyrene packaging (takes 500+ years to decompose, basically non-recyclable despite the symbol).
Stack: React/TypeScript, Netlify Functions + Blobs for serverless storage. No auth needed - anyone can submit. Has profanity filter on submissions which is ironic given the domain.
Mostly a cathartic side project but figured HN might appreciate the approach. The environmental impact is actually pretty grim once you look into it.
