Mission: We use EMR data + A.I. to ensure that the recorded diagnoses for each patient match the underlying clinical care they received. This helps hospitals get paid by insurance companies (= direct revenue incentive in the short term). U.S. health care organizations spent over $500 billion on revenue cycle in 2021 alone (generating receipts, bookkeeping, and getting paid / allocating payments). That's $500 billion that contributes zero value to patient care, education, research, or operations.
Most of that spending is on manual processing. We are a new company that aims to automate large portions of health care revenue cycle, starting with a niche area in physician documentation.
We just raised a sizable Seed Round by top-tier VCs (both traditional SV tech and healthcare-focused). Prior to funding, we bootstrapped to >$500K in revenue with zero capital expenses. We've demonstrated incredible marginal value against incumbent market leaders and are poised to grow quickly.
