This looks like a nice polished implementation of the idea, but when I try and use it, I get to "file complete" but then.. nothing? And I see no way to report a problem or bug.

This is just parity with google wallet, right? AFAICT my library card in google wallet is just a generic card/pass type.

Seeing as several are in entirely the wrong city, one is in the Tidal Basin in DC, another on the National Mall.. they clearly don't.

The geocoding needs some work. There are 4 companies indicated as being located in Richmond, Virginia. At least two of them are clearly in Richmond, California. I suspect all of them are in CA.
