I have seen them at Hayward shoreline (Bay area). They are efficient at clearing long patches of grass without much supervision. They were bounded each day by a re-installable fence. New location on each day covering approx. 50-60 sq yds. The fence even-though was weak seemed to deter the goats from wandering away. The only drawback i could see is they eat away everything they like which could mean eating rare or endangered flora.

This is the epitome of taking good from things even-though you know it is total garbage. ;)

where did you get the 60M households from and why are you counting households? Everyone in my family has an investment account, so you should be looking at per individual/capita which is closer to ~150 million. So the number of bitcoin holder is significantly higher even if you consider 20% of 150 million.

Apart from all the numbers. The other thing that actually matters is the quality itself. I'm definitely not locked in on the brand as the products are not great after you them for a while. i.e they don't age graciously and i see it as a major problem in the long run (no repeat customers).

This is what happens when a businessman takes over a founder led company. Soulless and liars are the only the words which comes to my mind.

They just mention they had access to the private key of the account so that makes sense how they got access. If FBI has broken SHA256, then Bitcoin is a done deal. I hope they share how they got access to the private key.

The research which has gone in to create this article is exactly what younger programmers do. Half-baked. He refers to one data point and thinks programmers retire at 35.
