I have to say, I'm pretty skeptical of AI assistants, but for reviewing documents I've found them really useful.
My cofounder and I used this on our Techstars application and got a ton of utility out of it. It's certainly not perfect, but we're not very experienced and it caught some questions we've heard from other applications before that we forgot to address and points we didn't even consider.
CaretakerDB: A property management solutions for caretakers and property managers. It's a management web app to keep track of properties, related information, contracts and billing.
It's still a work in progress, but I've gotten a lot done on it and looking forward to releasing it this Summer! You can check it out at https://caretakerdb.com if you want.
I have experience working with a large company and communicating with product and design teams to deliver a product. I'm still in an entry/junior level role looking to work somewhere I can provide a bigger impact ideally at a smaller company. I can deliver quickly when needed but prefer maintainability. I am happy to work on whatever is needed including documentation as well as delivering good code and I am open to help/criticism via code reviews and will work hard. Due to my age I don't have extensive experience in anything but am a good learner and see myself mentoring someone else in front-end and back-end engineering in a few years. My interest is mostly in a 'full-stack' or generalist role, but open to most!

Highly worth a try given there's a free credit.
