I'm waiting for HTTPS support on antirez.com. If a site doesn't support HTTPS nowadays I mostly ignore it. Otherwise, I enable a VPN connection overseas and use an isolated browser for this traffic.

The same logic could be applied to exposed MongoDB and we know there's been a plethora of leaked data in recent years.
