thanks is the right article i need to read now for my current phase towards burn out. Sorry for the rant , From my early days had developed a code in myself "do not care about employer, but care about your work". Recent days the second part of my code "care about your work" am questioning this greatly.Although i strive to provide the highest quality of work output the ranks above me replaces the work with something comfortable which they prefer, after i move on to another parts. This really frustrate me ,also questions my code "care about your work". The part in blog "care about the results of our actions but with no control over outcomes" helped me , if i do not have control over the outcome is not a point to stress about it.I should focus on work rather than the outcome from my work.

Fortunately i learnt my lesson in early stage of my career i.e my first job which was an employment with a big corporate well oiled machine. After 1.5 years I did quit my job and became freelancer. The approach i follow is time Vs Money.I am selling my time to some one and the buyer gets to decide what am i required to do for the time they bought. In turn am getting paid in money. I love my work, with regards to people i consider every one of my colleague as my friend. I keep it simple when dealing with people at work, i try to behave like mirror and reflect what i get.I help who ever requires it and try to provide info to people who do not have it so they can understand better.Have trained junior dev members.Helped them with their job search.

received my M1 last week , my dev workflow is Alacritty->tmux->neovim+lsp+debuggers.Do mostly golang work, installed delve and it went fine followed all steps and compiled from source.Followed same for neovim and compiled from source as i use the lua instead of vimscript. All lsp setups works fine ,unfortunately native delve debugger is not able to communicate with neovim using native back end.As if now for debugging am relying on only terminal based debug not using neovim specifically. In a rabbit hole now as this is neither neovim nor delve so thinking might be new apple arch M1.Not sure if any one else stumbled on the same. with regards to docker as the workplace have licenses i use them with no issue.Entire team is using only mac no other operating system allowed in so safe till now.
