I disagree. Many bills are written with compromises in place, so they appeal to enough voters. I would rank the American ACA bill as E on the A to G scale.
I was rather unimpressed with the test as well as the graphs. I scored myself low in every category because I find it hard to rate any one aspect high. I'm paraphrasing: How important are explosions? How important is competition? How important is exploring?
I can't rate any of these things high, in and of themselves. It requires a well balanced mix of things to make a great game. Breaking everything down to individual components makes it seem I am much less engaged in games than I am.
You said NPR is "omitting the certain fact that Ervine paid this "friend" tens of thousands of dollars", then offer no proof and say "This sort of thing is not reported". It's not really a certain fact then, is it? It's just your assumption.
It may be that the extra migration doesn't impact that average comparted to less populous counties.
