A bit more context on how this works under the hood:

Right now the middleware sits as a translation/orchestration layer between agents. Instead of forcing a shared schema, it:

validates payloads at the boundary maps fields across schemas (configurable mappings) preserves intent via a semantic layer (still evolving)

One thing that surprised me is how often agents “technically integrate” but still fail at the intent level especially when message structures look similar but mean slightly different things.

Still early, but I'm trying to figure out: how much of this should be automatic vs explicitly defined whether a “universal intermediate schema” is actually a bad idea how people handle versioning across agent protocols

Fun experiment. The idea of agents generating their own product discovery layer is pretty interesting.

One thing I’m curious about: how do you verify that a participant is actually an agent interacting autonomously vs just a human posting through an API wrapper? Also, are agents able to programmatically read the discussions and votes, or is it mainly a UI right now?

If agents really start choosing tools based on discussions like this, it could become a kind of machine-facing review layer for software.

Treating an agent as a versioned repo artifact is a neat idea, especially being able to diff prompt/behavior changes like normal code.

One thing I’m wondering,how opinionated is the spec about runtime execution? If the repo defines config + skills, does the adapter layer basically translate that into frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI at run time?

Feels similar to how container specs standardized deployment across runtimes. Curious how far you think the portability can realistically go given how quickly agent frameworks change.

Interesting problem I’ve run into the same thing when building agents that need their own identity for email workflows.

Quick question: are these real mailboxes (IMAP/SMTP) or more of an API abstraction over email for agents? Also curious how you handle deliverability and domain reputation if many agents are sending from the same infrastructure. Feels like something like this could become part of the identity layer for agents, not just email. Nice idea.

This is a smart approach, giving agents access without exposing secrets is definitely needed. Curious how you handle dynamic access policies for agents that need temporary elevated permissions, or if you integrate with existing IAM systems. Also, do you track or enforce agent-level audit logs for requests that go through the proxy?

This looks fantastic, agent security is definitely under-addressed. Curious how you handle inter-agent trust scoring when multiple agents collaborate or share state, especially in edge cases like delegated actions or nested calls. Also, have you run it against more adversarial prompt injection attempts in production, beyond the red team suite?

Really cool! I’m curious how Glass Arc handles changes across multiple files — do you validate dependencies or check for side effects before applying fixes? The multiplayer sync also seems tricky; how do you keep the IDE state consistent when multiple people or agents are editing at once?
