thanks for the options! at enterprise scale, is twilio still the most reliable? happy to try other options but i want to abstract out the cpaas layer as much as possible and focus on building performing agents.

reliability and scalability is critical to me

thank you. do you happen to know the rate that they charge for the participant + the research firm's fee on average?

Thanks. Pretty interesting, but are the users they source mass market folks or bespoke? Can't seem to figure it out on their website. curious because if my startup solution is highly specialized, getting feedback from Joe won't provide insights.

RFID tags are ~10c (Impinj) and are getting cheaper each year. they're widely used in apparel stores. think it'd be tough to justify attaching them to low value items in a grocery store. self checkout prob more effective using computer vision

Can someone more educated on the microbiome please explain why research in this area has barely progressed over the last decade? maybe i'm wrong but i can't find any new treatments for gut health. like someone else mentioned, my digestion has materially changed for the worse since taking a long bout of antibiotics 8 years ago...wondering why there's no treatment.

Combination of 1) short-term business thinking (save $1 today = $1 more of EPS) and 2) fear of competition building AI products and taking share. thus rush to use first usable platform (e.g. openAI).

Psychology and FOMO plays interesting role in walking directly into a snake pit.

Exactly. I think one could argue that "gains" have yielded more successful startups. e.g. Amazon/DoorDash - driving to the store was "fine", but ship to home = way more convenient Uber - Waving down taxi is "fine" experience, but on demand transportation = way more convenient Slack - communicating through email is "fine", but async messaging = more real time and productive
