Upwork seems to always take sides with the company/client. It is terrible practice and very scary for freelancers that use upwork as primary income generator.
I had few challenges with upwork and it took weeks to resolve. Seems as freelancers have to walk on eggshells around upwork support or clients when issues arise.
I guess there is a huge opportunity for the next upwork.
