> xmls scattered all over the filesystem

is this comment from 2015?

With e.g. Spring Boot and Gradle you can have large projects with zero xml files needed. That has been the case for years.

"no gives a fuck" is a bit dramatic

there are memes about zabka on social media as well (i've personally seen some on insta and tiktok), maybe not in the same scale, but there are.

`buys` sounds like they have just purchased BD, should be `takes full control` or something similar.

Many similar cases accross Europe.

Visited Lisboa last summer, the building where I booked an apartment was not even there in Google Maps, satellite image data was showing a leveled site with some dumpsters.

Just checked and the images are still the same old ones...

> Western Europe and the US built their economy in Poland, because the labor is educated and cheap. > There are almost no globally competitive Polish companies.

Same issue in all southern and eastern European countries.

Switched from Spring Boot to Ruby on Rails 3 years ago.

I expected to see some new Spring 'tricks' in this post, but it's pretty much regular things that people might do in larger codebases.

> He is going to open GarageBand and make something that is not a song.

As a kid I just loved playing around in Reason (1 or 2?) and making strange sounds and just flipping the racks around and trying to connect the cables in any jack possible, to see what happens.

I would open one of the demo songs, to 'learn' how these racks were wired, and then experimented.

Good old memories.

Kids nowadays need those type of experiences too.

> The homeless centre told them Ronnie needed an address to get a job, Rob said, but "to get an address, you need a job".

> "That's the Catch 22 that loads of homeless people are in."

Breaking this systemic barrier would make life easier on a lot of people.

Any popular Rails apps that use to_global_id?

Sometimes people download it because there's no alternative. E.g. the YT app is not available in the play store in their country on that specific hardware, so the only way to be able to view YT is to use an alternative app like this one.

Is there a similar guide/document for Claude Code?
