Are you not profitable? Why do you need VC money if you are worth 400M?
I would start calling the VC firms everyday to set up an appointment. You have revenue and a proven product which is leaps and bounds ahead of most pitches they see. At the very least you can use these term sheets to increase the acquisition offer and give urgency for the acquiring company to act. You do not want to let them come in and learn everything and leave as I have seen this happen with a company I was a contractor for.
Skip college, work a part time job and build SaaS products. With the recurring revenue would be able to hire people to manage the product and then become a digital nomad.
Why would any company want to be like Amazon!? They steal and do not protect the sellers. You can file an A-Z claim on anything that didn't have signature required and get your money back. Call their support and they cannot help you in any way. They buy there products from 3rd party sellers at net-60 terms and then return the merchandise that didn't sell back to you at your expense. They steal money from 3rd party merchants, when a buyer makes a claim they take directly from the seller instead of investigating the issue. What company would still be in business if they did all of this?
