I would say it counts as a garden path sentence, much like "The old man the boat" - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garden-path_sentence

It's been clearly stated multiple times that the 3rd party developers are willing to pay a reasonable price (and already do for other providers), so by claiming they want a "free forever service" either you are aware of this fact and intentionally being deceptive or you are willingly remaining ignorant by refusing to read anything they've said.

This also highlights how often developers seem to ignore mortality. When a person expires, soon will their domain registration follow.

Noon is generally not midday for most people. Far more stores are open at 7 PM than are open at 5 AM. Far more people are still up at 9 PM than are waking up at 3 AM. And the "9 to 5" song would center the day at 1 PM. It seems that in general society has decided hours after 12 PM are more useful than hours before 12 PM. It's far easier to just change the clocks to have 1 PM be midday, keeping DST year round, than to change society.

Which is why Apple is saying to Parler "Remove the Nazis and you can stay" rather than immediately removing it. If it is removed, it is because Parler felt allowing Nazis to use their platform was important enough to have their app removed.
