It’s pretty overwhelming to think about what humans will do with this kind of technology, as well as how powerful the non-public tech is.
In response to limitations: like how people have used the internet and other applications, the primary limitation is the individual user. With complex objectives (eg building a house), each subproject will require less specific, technical knowledge (eg finding locations, developing blueprints, communicating with necessary parties and institutions, budgeting), but demanding more broad, sophisticated judgment and executive planning to make the actual decisions.
