Glad you get to enjoy Swift, Xcode etc. It really can be fun to work with.

As I said, it's an academic purpose I guess. Unless the Postgres team takes this and "owns" it accountability-wise, it's dead.

> No AI tools here – plenty of other apps do that. We focus on deterministic and mathematical mutations rather than stochastically generated slop.

Love it. BTW, I assume this is native macOS? Swift or ObjC?

An academic exercise for sure. The Postgres team won't use this and take it forward, hence it will go stale and rot within months.

Maybe stop being lazy?

Tried uploading a ZIP and got:

"Something went wrong An unexpected error occurred. Please try again or contact support."

My homelab "NAS" is unfortunately just a few USB based external disk enclosures, externally powered. Is there no way of making these reliable ? Every so often (maybe once a month) I get timeout errors or some kind of issues with at least one of the disks.

There should be more sites like diskprices. So refreshing to see no styling, no cookie banners, just pure information.

I know that LPDDR5 has ECC, and not just single bit AFAIK, but if you enable it you lose some memory capacity (the 128 bit bus minus 16 bit for ECC error correction, making it effectively 112 bits)

Yeah to me that was (or is) THE demoscene radio channel. Great quality.

Is it a genuine birthday greeting if you just let AI do the job?

Another thing is that you need a lot fewer of them to stack to get the same effect. So cost saving.

Apparently the Dolosse works a lot better for high energy wave environments like coastline of SA etc. They are used here, and I am sure they considered Tetrapods and there was a reason they weren't suitable.

Not cheap

I guess one could use this in security detection as well

I seem to recall more or less exactly when OS X became legendary. Must be around Jaguar or Panther. But coming from a Linux (and Unix) background, this was a godsend at the time. Now, quarter of a century later - still running it and it's brilliant. The only thing that bugs me is notarization.
