As the author of the post. Just a couple comments...
1) I am referencing a team lead not myself.
2) I still agree that no one was right or wrong in this situation, and it had the right intentions to stir up discussion to see what people thought about it.
3) If you have reference to other posts that I have put on my site than you will see that as a leader you have to surround yourself with people who are better in certain or all verticals than you.
